BQ: What are some songs were a guest verse/feature ruined an album?

For example, Tonedeff's guest feature on The Gates from Cunninlynguists' A Piece Of Strange comes to mind and I do think he had the best bars on the entire album. Also, Tony Yayo's guest verse on Runnin' from the Game's The Documentary pretty much ruined the album for me. It's hands down one of the worst raps/verse I've ever heard, and it literally dropped the album from a 4/5 to a 3-3.5/5. That's how much I hated that verse, not even a nice Hi-Tek beat makes me want to listen to that horrible verse by Yayo.

There He Go- Fabolous, Red Cafe, Paul Cain & Freck Billionaire, Red Cafe destroyed every verse Fab had on the album

We Takin Over- Lil Wayne had the best verse on 'We The Best' (Yes a Lil Wayne compliment in the RHH Section!)

BQ:

Interesting Question. A couple come to mind.

Big Boi on

"85" by Youngbloodz, Against The Grain

Styles P on

"Locked Up Remix" by Akon, Trouble

Black Thought and Talib Kweli on

"My Favorite Mutiny" by The Coup, Pick A Bigger Weapon. All their verses were great, but I think this song overshadows the album by being ridiculously sick.

BQ:

50 Cent on

"Take It To The Top" by Freeway, Free At Last

Two Gang Starr albums to mind,

Jeru the Damaja's verse on Speak Ya Clout from the album Hard to Earn

and

Inspectah Deck's verse on Above the Clouds from the album Moment of Truth

BQ: I thought Jay-Z's verse on "Pressure" (which was the only guest verse) was the worst verse on Lupe Fiasco's Food and Liquor album.

hi Hedzy, My fave album, via a nostril over Deadwing & In Absentia, is stupid Dream. in the previous each and every little thing my fave music from that became Piano instructions, yet now it shares appropriate billing (reckoning on my temper on the time) with Stranger via the Minute or perhaps much less. As a bass participant, on all 3 tracks i admire the bypass of the groove & the association, the ambience unique to each, and the typical overall performance. Melodic and obtainable, yet with a dash of pink Floydian/King Crimsonian sophistication, in step with danger.

Best on album - Kool G Rap's verse on The Realest is better than the rest of Murda Muzik (mobb deep) & Ka crushed Gza's Pro Tools album on Firehouse

cant think of one verse that could ruin a whole album.....

EDIT: Co-sign BKS on that Jeru the Damaja verse.....RIDICUOUS 'ill tap ya jaw... ya prolly heard it before'

EDIT again....after reciting that verse in my head like 10 times i realized i was talking about Jeru's verse on "Im The Man" - Daily Operation.....
