What's the name of this song I heard on the radio?

While my mother and I were driving back home from Wal-mart there was this song on the radio that was pretty funny! I didn't get the title since it was during the 5'o clock traffic jam :(
It was on V100 (a hip-hop and r&b station).
Here are the few things that I can remember from it;

*The song sounded kind of old. Kinda run dmc'ish
*The singer kept going on about his loud car speaker system, throught the whole song.
*The chorus was about the same 3 words over and over
*I remember this part from the song; I wonder what the police would do If I started playing Elvis. They'd probably start dancing around and pissing their pants.

Lol, yeah a pretty wacky song.
