It's to his best friend Proof, the whole song is a dedication because he recently died and it's hurting Eminem hard. Check out the songs: Elevator, Like Toy Soldiers, and Yellow Brick Road, to get to know what Proof was to Eminem. (Yeah, I know Like Toy Soldiers was a year pre-death, but it's about rap violence so it connects.) Tragically ironic, Proof was gunned down in the music video for Like Toy Soldiers. Anyways, it's about how although Proof isn't alive as a human anymore, his spirit lives on in Eminem.

The whole song is more of a dedication to Proof.

He is trying to state that even though proof may be gone, proof is still existent through his work and the lives he may have touched (whoever knew him).

Check out a song proof dropped known as "Forgive Me" ft 50 cent on the hook.

It's about a loss of innocence, about a child losing faith in something as big to a kid as Christmas when all the kid has to do is show up and open presents. In this case, the child (Eminem) is the one giving presents because his father is incapable of doing it.

I really like that song, it was dedicated to Proof (R.I.P.), who was Eminems best friend. It's saying that even though he's gone, everybody will always remember him, and what he's done. He makes a lot of references to Proof in that song. "If Proof could see me now i know he'd be proud" "I love you Duty" and more..

I think it means, after you died, or messed up badly, it (What you done) or you, are still getting impacted or are impacting other peoples lives, or other THINGS lives, like MLK, with segregation and racism. It's just a metaphor.... maybe... i'm not sure, it's probably wrong though...
