pretty much ALL rapers rap about that stuff but if u don't wanna hear that kinda stuff STAY AWAY from 3 6 mafia WOW they swear and rap about ALL that bad stuff. the first thing that comes to mind is the herd their song "freedom samba" is about freedom and stuff not (sex/drugs/stuk up) they dont really swear either but they do singa little bit in their chorus's. scribe he doesnt swear that much but all lot of his song are about himself he doesnt swear that much and not BADLY but his song are like "how many dudes u no roll like this..not many" and "fresh fresh fresh my sh*t is fresh" also 2pac he sings about good stuff. chiddy bang is pretty cool and not offensive. cyprus hill swear a bit but they're stuff can be about more than sex and drugs e.e. their song "rise up" i hope this helps
